Looking to wrestle?  Wrestling season is a winter sport that runs from November - February.  Wrestling operates as a school class (A4).  During offseason, the class focuses on conditioning (fall), and strength training (spring).  During season, practice occurs during class.  The High school team is 9-12, where Viewpoint and Lehi Jr come to the high school for the class.
